Fantasy Candles will in the event of these products falling below the high stands that you expect, refund your order cost in full, or replace the candles as you choose. This is subject to receipt of the original candles in their original state ie not burnt or lit and with all their original wrappings. Beeswax is, as the name suggests, made by bees. In the bee hives, the worker bees collect nectar and pollen from flowers and store it in cells made out of beeswax - the wax is produced by young bees. When the beekeeper collects the honey the wax is a by-product - this is what we use to make our beeswax candles.
